La Colonie de Vacances(France / Rock, Post Punk)
At the beginning, there were four bands close to one another: Papier Tigre, Electric Electric, Pneu and Marvin. A shared residency gave them the idea to embark on a resolutely audacious musical journey; performing simultaneously to provide a unique experience to the public… and to the artists. La Colonie de Vacances led to the conception of a quadriphonic sound system with which the eleven musicians exchange as in a game of ping pong, joining and splitting, allying and separating again, regrouping once more… An old music lover's fantasy that has become reality in a decidedly innovative experience.
